Would you like to promote your ministry or event in our parish bulletin, website, or social media?
We’re happy to help you share your message with our parish family!
1. Artwork Submission Is Optional
Our Communications Team can create your ad or announcement free of charge.
If you prefer to design and submit your own artwork, please follow the specifications below so we can properly adapt it to the bulletin, website, and social media.
Important: If your artwork does not meet these specifications, we may not be able to publish it.
2. Artwork Specifications
For the Parish Bulletin

Full Page Ad
- Size: 8.5” x 11”
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- Color Mode: CMYK
- Margins: 0.5” on all sides

Half Page Ad
- Size: 8.5” x 5.5”
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- Color Mode: CMYK
- Margins: 0.5” on all sides
For Website and Social Media

Banner Post (Facebook, Instagram, Website)
- Size: 1080 x 1350 pixels
- Resolution: 75 dpi
- Color Mode: RGB
- Keep text to a minimum—only include:
- Event Title
- Date and Time
- Parish Name or Logo
3. Bilingual Requirement
At the request of our Pastor, all ads must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
If you submit English-only artwork, we’ll add the Spanish translation to ensure accessibility to all parishioners.
4. Helpful Tips
- Use large, easy-to-read fonts.
- Avoid clutter—simple designs are more effective.
- Include only essential event details.
- Submit files in PDF or JPG format.
