If you have a family member whose funeral Mass was held between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025, please share with us a picture with your loved one’s name, age and date of death, using one of the methods below:

• Upload using the form below
• Drop off the picture with information when you come to Mass

Deadline to submit information: Friday, October 24th - end of the day.
