Thirtieth Sunday in Ordinary Time | Bulletin of October 26, 2025 Word from the Pastor

My Dear Family of Our Lady of Lourdes,

God is good! As I mentioned last month we are looking ahead to strengthen and expand our capacity to celebrate our life in Christ and to share Him with our neighbors and friends. We are on the frontier of a new level of attention and service so that the work of evangelization may continue to grow. That means we must improve and expand the use of digital technology in the work of administration and evangelization as we have already begun in the work of media. Our systems are currently being evaluated by professionals, and they will soon make a recommendation on the next steps. Those recommendations will inform our current search for onsite IT support.

At the same time, our audio-visual needs also become both more complex and expansive. We are sad to be saying goodbye to Armando as part our team. He has been such a joyful and generous presence, and he has already taken us to an entirely new place. He has prepared us to launch into this new world.

That means we are looking for a sound technician to build on what Armando has done. The QR Code will take you to a more expansive job description. I understand that this will require more hours than the prior job description allowed. The work hours and salary will depend on experience and what we decide together will be the five-year plan for the parish.
